DE MOOKATHA 泰式炭烤 is a quick service concept featuring popular Thai style BBQ steamboat from Thailand street food concept.
Prepared the way they do over in Thailand, the menu features authentic favorites such as marinated fresh pork slice , seafood, beef , lamb and Traditional Tomyum soup base .
The Thai version BBQ steamboat uses charcoal. The dining concept spread throughout Thailand and into Laos, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
